Good-bye to Santa Clara County

(September 2020) Although we expect to be visiting often during the next few years, we recently “officially” said good-bye to Santa Clara County, our home territory during the last 50 years. Here are a few special places that we recently revisited, and a few memories dear to us and our kids, who all grew up in Cupertino.

So many memories! The house we bought on Bel Aire Ct in Cupertino in 1971.

The price we paid in 1971, $47,000, seems about right to me. But the current price? Never!

We’ve hiked and jogged at Rancho San Antonio hundreds of times. We were among the first visitors when it opened in 1977. Thank you, Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District!
